Securing infrastructure our communities need

With responsibilities for transport and school places, we will;

  • deliver 10,536 new school places over the next 4 years

  • provide £7m to roll out 20mph zones

  • use our Sustainable Travel Towns programme to support active travel

Good Growth Board

We have developed the Hertfordshire Growth Board, working with District and Borough Councils and the Local Enterprise Partnership to ensure that we only see good growth in Hertfordshire

GOOD NEWS FOR HERTFORDSHIRE’S BUS NETWORK

The Conservative lead County Council has agreed an ambitious plan for a new enhanced partnership with bus companies, and many highway improvements to improve bus reliability.
