- commit to being carbon neutral by 2030 across the Council’s own operations;
- provide £22m for sustainability and to tackle the impact of climate change including £10m to reduce flooding and improving highway drainage brought about by increasing and changing rainfall patterns
- send no waste to landfill by 2030
