I have lived in Hoddesdon most of my life and went to School at John Warner. It is a huge privilege for me to stand for election in the area I was brought-up and where so many of my family and friends live. I’m actively engage in local matters as I am a Broxbourne Borough Councillor and a School Governor.
As someone who feels strongly about protecting and enhancing the Environment, especially for future generations to admire and enjoy,
I will campaign at County Hall for a cleaner and greener environment.
I get extremely frustrated by the disruption caused when utility companies dig up roads for days on end and at times it seems to be same stretch of road. I am sure this is something that probably irritates you, as it certainly does me. So, if elected, I will ensure multiple closures are not planned at the same time and the Council works with me to minimise inconvenience and disruption to residents.
